1. What We Collect

2. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not use your uploaded texts or Generations to train AI models.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The site currently uses no advertising cookies.
3. Sub-processors
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, file storage) — US/global edge network
- DeepSeek (LLM API used to analyze text structure for casting) — text excerpts are sent for processing only, not retained by us beyond the job
- GPU compute providers (e.g. RunPod/Vast.ai) — transient processing of your text/audio during generation
- Merchant of Record (Creem or Dodo Payments) — payment processing, tax handling
4. Your Rights (GDPR & others)
Regardless of where you live, you may: access your data, correct it, download it, delete it, or object to processing — email hello@casttale.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
5. Security & International Transfers
Data is stored with Cloudflare (encrypted at rest) and may be processed in the United States, EU, or other locations where our sub-processors operate. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
